Interested in other stuff I'm doing? Well, lucky for you, I always have lots of unfinished projects at any given time. Currently I am "working" on four paintings, a body horror webcomic called Journal of a girl destined to become a fox - which I'm super excited and also very exhausted about, a short play called The disciples about hope, god and revolution, three major fanfictions, a historical fantasy """novel""" about androgynes, a walnut and some exotic carps, as well as a handful of short stories. Slowly combing through books and articles, every day I thank Anna's Archive.

Also in the works is the next edition of my microfiction zine York, which I hope to release into the wild sometime this summer. As usual I am badly DMing a D&D campaign, and working on a new homebrew with a friend.

★ Things I've read/watched/seen recently

Generally speaking I hate movies quite a bit, but recently I've really gotten into over-the-top unserious cinema. Most recent endeavours includes Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Zoolander - which I really loved, Chip N' Dale: Rescue Rangers (the new one; I will watch anything starring Andy Samberg, except for That's My Boy. Couldn't put myself through that), The Rutles: All You Need Is Cash - hilarious, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and a few miscellaneous entries I did not entirely finish. Marvel movies have become once again a huge fixation of mine (Winter Soldier will forever be one of my favourite movies); I am of the profound belief that Venom gets a bad rap. The first one is completely, in spirit, accurate to the comics.

In terms of shows I've been rewatching the classics: Brooklyn Nine-Nine (fantastic), Supernatural, Daredevil, Sherlock... Loki has been on my radar but it is too Disney-esque for me, because I am one of those people who hates fun. Severance is the only thing sort of currently airing I indulge in, although I hated many episodes of season 2; episode 8 is the most intriguing part of the entire season&is visually beautiful, and I am outraged it is the worst rated out of the total 19 episodes. I LOVE the various interpretations of the mysteries though, pretty often they are way more creative than the show itself; my current favourite is of the company being a representation of childhood and especially the school system - the innies being the children (I read it in a Tumblr post so it must be true). Onwards: Shifty on iPlayer was pretty interesting, so I wrote about it in vague terms in a blog post.

Caligula by Camus and Aliens & Anorexia are my current reads; the latter being super enjoyable because I actually know a lot of Kraus' references. Encountering the name 'Joseph Beuys' in a book feels like reuniting with an old friend. I re-consulted my collection of Sherlock stories, reread Howl's Moving Castle (great), and finally got through a few essays by Audre Lorde. I would like to get back into Mark Fisher's writings on hauntology. Perhaps they shall inspire to watch once more Sapphire & Steel. I really enjoyed that show. Here is my media bucket list. 8^D

Most recently I went to see the Susan Sontag exposition in the Munich Literaturhaus - I really hated it haha, and might write something about that.
